The Infinite Bridge is located by the beach near Varna Palace in Aarhus and is a unique piece of art inviting both relaxation and reflection. The circular wooden structure extends 188 metres into Aarhus Bay, allowing visitors to take a full 360-degree walk above the water, where the views continuously shift between forest, beach and sea.
Originally created as a temporary installation for Sculpture by the Sea in 2015, the bridge became so popular that it is now a returning seasonal attraction in Aarhus, installed each year from spring to autumn.
Today, The Infinite Bridge is a favourite destination for both locals and visitors, offering a peaceful setting for walks, relaxation and special moments. With its simple design and beautiful location, it creates an experience that is both visually striking and immersive – making a visit to Aarhus’ coastline truly memorable.
