Fake text messages

Unfortunately, we are currently experiencing attempts at fraud involving fake text messages. Read more below.

Be aware of fraudulent text messages!

We are unfortunately currently experiencing attempts at fraud involving fake text messages sent in our name. These messages resemble the scam texts that both authorities and the City of Copenhagen have warned about recently.

The SMS messages appear in various formats. Examples of the wording include:
Q-Park: An unfinished parking session has been registered. View your details: http://kk-dk.org/ad” or
“You have an outstanding bill. Please pay it immediately, as fees will be charged for late payment. https://dk-kk.-bond/dk

What these messages have in common is that the sender encourages the recipient to click on a link, as shown in the examples above, in order to view further details.”

The SMS messages appear among the genuine messages that some of our customers have received from us in connection with parking.

Q-Park ONLY sends SMS messages to customers confirming that they have registered their parking and have been issued with a temporary parking permit.

We do not request payment details and do not send links to payment pages.

These SMS messages are not from Q-Park, and we urge all recipients to remain vigilant and exercise caution.

If you receive such an SMS, you should delete it immediately and refrain from clicking on the link.
