Parking with the Q-Park App

Parking with the free Q-Park App couldn’t be easier!

Park with number plate recognition in our barrier facilities* and with a few taps in the app in many of our open facilities. Either way, you can forget about tickets, pay stations and cards.

Simply download the app, activate Q-Park Go, register your number plate and payment info and you´re ready to go!

Park in our parking facilities with barriers

When you use the Q-Park App in our facilities with barriers*, you drive straight in with number plate recognition. Our cameras scan your number plate when you enter and exit. You avoid the hassle of payment cards or tickets and pay automatically through the app. You can park with the Q-Park app in most of our facilities. Read the signs when entering and make sure app parking is possible.

Park in our non-barrier parking facilities You can park in Q-Park's open parking facilities (those without barriers) with paid parking throughout the country using the Q-Park App. As soon as you have parked, open the app, check the parking zone, and set your parking time, just as you would with other parking apps. If you are unable to find the parking zone in the app it means app parking is unavailable at this parking facility.

Where you CANNOT use the Q-Park App Q-Park manages several parking facilities around the country that require a specially set parking disc, a parking permit, or a license. You CANNOT park in these lots using the Q-Park app. It is not possible to purchase a parking permit in the app or use it as a parking disc. If you're unsure, read the black regulation signs at the facility. The sign will indicate if you can pay for parking at that facility.

How do I use my season ticket with Q-Park App?

If you have a season ticket to a Q-Park facility where licence plate recognition is available, you will find your season ticket in the app. You can enter and exit the facility using number plate recognition, and the barriers will open automatically.

How to switch to Q-Park App:

Download the Q-Park App from App Store or Google Play
Log into the app with your My Q-Park account. If you forgot your password, you can reset it by clicking reset password.
Your season ticket is already visible in the app. Select your season ticket under Products and Season Tickets and add your number plate.
You can now enter and exit the parking facility using number plate recognition.
Open pedestrian doors to the parking facility using the QR code in the app.
