Pre-book your parking with Q-Park

Online reserveration Avoid stress and worry the next time you need to park. Reserve your parking space in advance online at Q-Park and save both time and irritation. Then you can drive directly to your space without the hassle of payment, tickets and cards. With automatic number plate recognition, you drive straight in and out of our facility.

Book your parking at Q-Park, we have facilities all over Denmark.
This is how it works Select the desired Q-Park parking facility online before your departure. Choose the date and time of your arrival, and select your preferred payment method. A few minutes after your reservation, you will receive an email with information about the reservation and access.

Upon your arrival at the selected parking facility, the barrier will automatically open with numberplate recognition. If the barrier does not open, you can scan the QR code attached to your confirmation email.

If you wish to change your numberplate, this can easily be done up to 1 hour before your reservation begins.

Park your car quickly and easily in the parking facility and enjoy your day in the city.

When you leave the facility, you do not need to go to the payment machine, but can drive directly out. The exit barrier will open automatically. If you have exceeded your reserved time, you will be charged an extra fee via the payment method used for the reservation.
  • Yes, it's always a good idea to pre-book your parking space, especially if you have specific times and locations where you wish to park.

    By pre-booking, you are guaranteed a spot, which can be particularly important if the parking facility tends to be very busy or if there are special events or occasions nearby that may affect parking availability.

    By pre-booking, you avoid arriving at the parking facility and discovering it's already fully booked, which can be frustrating and time-consuming when trying to find an alternative parking option. So, to ensure a hassle-free parking experience and to enjoy the best benefits, it's always a good idea to pre-book your parking space whenever possible.

  • Changing your reservation
    You cannot make changes to your reservation once it has been confirmed. You can, however, use your cancellation rights and cancel the reservation via the link in the booking confirmation email. You can then make a new reservation at www.q-park.dk.

    Cancelling your reservation
    If you wish to cancel your reservation you may do so within 14 days of completing your order. When completing an order more than 14 days in advance of your parking reservation, you may wish to add our optional cancellation insurance, which allows you a full refund on your purchase up until the selected time of arrival.

  • For bookings at our facilities with ANPR, you will need to enter your registration number to complete a booking. 

    At our facilities without ANPR, you may complete a booking without your registration number. 

  • It depends on the type of ticket you have purchased.

    With a Single ticket, you can enter and exit the parking facility once. Once you exit the parking facility, your booking is no longer valid and you cannot re-enter.

    With a Multi ticket, you may exit and re-enter the parking facility as often as you like for the entire duration of your booking. 

    Most of our products are Multi tickets. You will always be able to see from the product description if you are buying a Multi or a Single ticket. 

  • If your are parking at one of our facilities with ANPR, simply drive up to the barrier. It will open automatically once your number plate is recognised. 

    If the camera does not recognise your number plate, please scan the QR-code which you received in your confirmation email. 

    When leaving the parking facility, drive to the barrier again, and it will open automatically. If your stay exceeds your booking, the excess amount will be automatically be withdrawn from your account. 

     

    If your are parking in one of our few facilities without ANPR, you will need to scan the QR-code from your booking confirmation at the entry barrier. Once you scan your QR-code, you will receive a ticket. Please take this ticket with you as it is your entry key to the parking facility. 

    When you are ready to leave the car park, drive up to the exit barrier and use your ticket to open the barrier. If your stay exceeds your booking, please wither go to the pay station, insert your ticket, and pay the excess amount - or pay directly at the exit barrier.

  • If you have booked parking in one of our facilities with number plate recognition, you have already approved at the time of booking, that we automatically deduct the part of your parking wich is beyond your original booking.

    The barrier opens automatically and you can simply leave the parking facility. We automatically withdraw the money and you don't need to do anything else.

    If you have booked parking in one of our facilities without number plate recognition, you must either go to a payment machine, insert the ticket and pay for the extra parking - or insert the ticket into the toll booth and pay for the extra time directly at the exit.

    The price of your extra parking time follows the parking facility's standard rate.

    You will be charged for the extra parking in excess of the period paid for when you insert your parking ticket at the exit boom or in the ticket machine. The price is based on the current rates of the car park.

  • Do you need an invoice or credit note for your booking, in addition to the e-mail receipt you have received? Fill out the form here and we will send you the invoice or credit note via e-mail.
