Step into a world of sound, innovation, and nostalgia at the Ringsted Radiomuseum.
Here, the evolution of Denmark’s television and radio history unfolds through a remarkable collection that stretches from the earliest days of wireless communication in the late 19th century to the technology we know today. With around 1,000 carefully selected pieces on display from a collection of about 5,000, the museum offers a vivid glimpse into how media, design, and everyday life have transformed over more than a century.
Visitors can wander through themed exhibits, discover rare radios and iconic pieces of Danish design, and explore special installations that change throughout the year. Everything is curated and brought to life by dedicated volunteers who share a deep passion for preserving and telling the story of Danish broadcast heritage.
