Q-Park takes social responsibility
Social Responsibility
We aim to support vulnerable members of society who may require additional assistance due to personal challenges. This includes, among others, people experiencing homelessness as well as vulnerable children and young people. We do this by providing donations and financial contributions to organisations that work to improve their daily lives.
We take responsibility for the environment
We work continuously towards a more environmentally friendly way of doing business by supporting sustainable development and creating positive impacts in society. One of the initiatives we have undertaken in this direction is to switch our electricity procurement to 100% carbon-neutral wind energy.

Danmarks Indsamling
Once a year, 12 humanitarian organizations and DR come together and collect money to help people in some of the world's poorest countries achieve some of UN's global goals. Q-Park supports Danmarks Indsamling with a donation each year.Support and read more here

The Red Cross
The Red Cross in Denmark has around 35,000 volunteers who help people in need, regardless of nationality, religion, or ethnicity. Q-Park supports the Red Cross’s work worldwide and the Christmas aid program in Denmark each year.Support and read more here

Dansk Folkehjaelp
Every year, Dansk Folkehjælp collects for Julehjælpen, the Christmas aid, for the poorest and most vulnerable families with children in Denmark. Q-Park donates an amount to Dansk Folkehjælp every year, which goes entirely to Julehjælpen.Support and read more here

Dansk Blindesamfund
Dansk Blindesamfund is the interest organization for people with visual impairments. They offer rehabilitation, advice, courses, networking and support when sight fails. In addition, they also fight for better political frameworks and rights for people with visual impairments in Denmark.Support and read more here

Danske Hospitalsklovne
Danish Hospital Clowns visit children and young people admitted to hospital and psychiatric wards.

DHO
Since the law on double charges for the misuse of disabled parking spaces was passed in 2014, Q-Park has donated to DHO. The amount constitutes 25% of the total CSR budget and is thus the majority of the support that Q-Park donates to activities.Support and read more here

Dyrenes Beskyttelse
Dyrenes Beskyttelse is Denmark's largest and oldest animal protection organization. The aim is to help animals in need and fight for a respectful and sustainable relationship between animals, people and nature. Dyrenes Beskytselse has 8 animal shelters where homeless animals can stay warm and safe. Q-Park supports the work of Animal Protection with a financial contribution.Support and read more here

Hus Forbi
Hus Forbi is the voice of the homeless and fights to put their opinions, needs and wishes on the agenda for politicians, authorities and the rest of the Danes in general. Q-Park has contributed financial support to Hus Forbi, so that the homeless could get a meal and a roof over their heads during the corona era, where they were a particularly vulnerable group.Support and read more here

Parasporten
Parasport Denmark works to ensure that all people with disabilities or special needs have the opportunity to participate in sports. Q-Park supports Parasport's work each year with an ad in their magazine.Support and read more here

Julemaerkehjemmene
Just under 1,000 children who are not doing well at home receive help each year to stay in a Christmas home. The children live and go to school at Julemærkehjemmet during the stay and are at home with their families at the weekends.Support and read more here

World Animal Protection
Among other thigs, it protects wild animals and improve the conditions of farm animals so that they do not have to suffer. World Animal Protection helps animals in around 50 countries.More info

WeShelter
WeShelter works to tackle three major societal problems: homelessness, loneliness and psychological distress. Their goal is that people in vulnerable positions can live an independent and meaningful life. ZOO
Q-Park annually donates an amount to Copenhagen Zoo, which is a leader in animal welfare, research and communication, and is at the forefront of the fight to tell how and why we must take care of nature's diversity. Q-Park supports the Zoo through a sponsorship for the emperor tamarin.Support and read more here

Den Danske Naturfond
Den Danske Naturfond is an independent foundation that works to preserve and restore nature in Denmark.
The foundation acquires, protects, and restores natural areas to ensure biodiversity and create habitats for endangered species.

Foreningen Ingen Bliver Efterladt
The Association "Ingen Bliver Efterladt" is working to establish a self-governing and inclusive co-housing community in Copenhagen for 10–12 young people with developmental disabilities. The goal is to create a home that includes both residents with special needs and non-disabled individuals, such as students and artists, to foster community and mutual support.Read more here

Make a Wish Foundation
Make-A-Wish Denmark is a non-profit organization that, since 1999, has granted wishes for seriously ill children and young people (ages 3–18) to bring hope, strength, and joy. So far, the organization has fulfilled over 2,000 wishes in Denmark, and most of the work is carried out by volunteers.
